Welcome to ShaadiStays. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at shaadistays.com and the wedding hospitality consulting services we provide. ShaadiStays is operated by Aimeo Innovations, C1, Sun Towers, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR – 201014.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

ShaadiStays is a wedding hospitality consultant. We negotiate commercial terms — room block bookings and banquet/F&B packages — at hotels on behalf of wedding families. Our services include:

  • Benchmarking your hotel quote and negotiating a lower rate
  • End-to-end coordination with the hotel until your booking is confirmed
  • Hotel recommendations and property shortlisting (where required)

Important: ShaadiStays is a commercial negotiation and coordination service only. We do not organise, plan, or execute wedding events. Event décor, catering execution, entertainment, and all other aspects of wedding planning remain the sole responsibility of the hotel and/or your wedding planner.

2. Use of This Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or submit forms
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in any enquiry form

3. Enquiries and Engagement

When you submit an enquiry form, WhatsApp message, or engage with our chat widget, you acknowledge that:

  • The information you provide (hotel name, quote details, dates, room count) is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You are the authorised representative of the wedding family or have their consent to seek hotel negotiations on their behalf
  • Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement — an engagement begins only when both parties have agreed on the scope of work via written confirmation

4. Our Pricing & Success Fee

Our pricing is 100% success-based. We charge a fee only when we deliver savings against your verified hotel quote:

  • Rooms Only: 10% success fee on the total discounted booking value
  • Banquet / F&B Only: 10% success fee on the total discounted banquet value
  • Rooms + Banquet Combined: 7% success fee on the total combined discounted value

The success fee is incorporated into the final rate you pay — there are no separate invoices or surprise charges. If we are unable to secure a rate lower than your existing hotel quote, no fee is charged whatsoever.

Savings are calculated strictly against the official, verified quote provided by you. We do not fabricate baselines or inflate original quotes.

5. Negotiated Rate Validity

Negotiated hotel rates presented by ShaadiStays are valid for 48 hours from the time they are communicated to you. After this window, inventory and pricing may change and rates must be renegotiated. We recommend being prepared to make a decision when we present our rates.

6. Hotel Coordination

Once you accept a negotiated rate and engage our services:

  • All communication with the hotel regarding rooms and banquet bookings is routed through ShaadiStays
  • We will provide regular status updates until your booking is fully confirmed
  • Any direct communication you have with the hotel regarding the negotiated booking may affect our ability to secure or maintain the agreed rates

7. Savings Guarantee

We guarantee that if we cannot beat your existing verified hotel quote, you owe us nothing. This guarantee applies strictly to the hotel quote you provide us — it does not cover quotes obtained from other negotiating intermediaries, travel agents, or any rate that has already been discounted through other means.

If savings are marginal or we assess that we cannot meaningfully improve your rate, we will inform you upfront and will not proceed with the engagement.

8. No Event Execution Responsibility

ShaadiStays is not a wedding planner, event organiser, or hospitality manager. We accept no responsibility for:

  • The quality of rooms, food, service, or any aspect of the hotel's delivery on your wedding day
  • Cancellations, changes, or disputes arising between you and the hotel after booking is confirmed
  • Force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control

Any disputes with the hotel regarding service quality or delivery should be addressed directly with the hotel management.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the ShaadiStays brand name — is the property of Aimeo Innovations and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aimeo Innovations and ShaadiStays shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our website or services
  • Any hotel's failure to honour negotiated rates after confirmation
  • Any errors, delays, or omissions in information on this website

Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount of the success fee paid by you, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aimeo Innovations, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website, breach of these Terms, or provision of false or misleading information in an enquiry.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
